Information we collect

When you post a job, we collect the company and contact information you submit, along with the hiring-intent questions on the posting form. When you apply to a job, we collect your name, email, LinkedIn URL, resume, and any message you provide. We also log basic product usage events (such as page views and form submissions) to understand how the platform is used.

How we use information

Company and job information is used to publish listings and to understand hiring intent for our own outreach. Candidate application information is shared with the employer for the specific job applied to, and — only if you opt in — may be used to consider you for similar future roles.
